Magic Touch Car Wash

I am very please about my experience here. I usually clean my vehicle myself but due to circumstances I needed to get it done. I was very impressed with the speed they got it done, I was lucky to get there on a day and time that was not too busy. I heard from some other customers that it can get crazy busy. I now see why. Price is.so reasonable and they did a great job. I will definitely be back!!!

Excellent full service car wash. They have an indoor waiting area with snacks and video games. There are also seating areas outside

For $48 I shouldn’t have had to ask them to redo my vacuuming. I could have done it better myself, but with a kidney stone, I was not up for it. I paid for a deodorizer and there was none in there. In the area, where you put your car into drive, wasn’t clean behind it. I asked him to please put the deodorizer in that I asked for. When I got the car back, it didn’t have the smell in it. At that point, I was irritated and left. The car wash itself was, eh. The only thing decent on it was the tire cleaning. Will not go back.

I remember inside and outside being $25 few years back. IT'S NOW $70 You might as well pay double for car detail at a business specializing in finer details. I mean I get inflation but seems really high for quick wipe down!!! They always do a good job so I can't complain about service but this will be last time I pay for full service. If you can afford it, they will do a good job!

Terrible experience, did not do the service I paid for. Unprofessional, were unwilling to even look at my concerns. I had my day already planned and when I complained the manager asked me to bring it on Monday. Took the car there on Monday and met a different person at the desk. That guy told me to wait until Thursday when the previous guy will be back to work. Another client at the waiting area stepped in and said “ that isn’t right take care of it” then he agreed to go look at it. The assigned car did not clean all the areas I pointed and the experience was just terrible. I had to write here because I took my other car to Willamette Auto Detailing around the corner and the did a good, great customer service and less than what I paid at Magic Touch.
